Appointment requests can be made through the Request An Appointment page of this website.
I do not accept same day appointments and all requests are subject to approval. Please offer your most convenient contact information and availability so we can connect ASAP!
Certain medical conditions may require a doctor’s note to receive treatment.
Working together outside of my workspace may require more information, verification of identity, and a deposit at the time of booking.

I provide 60 minute and 90 minute therapeutic massage sessions. That’s 60 and 90 minutes of hands-on massage time, with time allotted before and after the session to discuss your treatment plan. If we are working together outside of my workspace, please prepare for an additional 15 minutes before and after the session for setting up and and repacking my equipment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will be billed 50% of the session cost. Feel free to send your loved one in your place to avoid the fee!
If you are sick/contagious please notify me as soon as possible so I can attempt to refill the appointment time. If you show up to your appointment unwell I may send you home for both of our greater wellbeing! Massage therapy moves lymph through the body and can intensify many illnesses, even “at the end” of being unwell. When in doubt, push the session back!
If schools are closed or roads are not well maintained, there will not be a charge for cancellations made due to weather. Your safety is important to me.

I do not bill insurance directly, but I would be happy to give you an itemized receipt that you can submit for reimbursement.

I will always do my best to meet your needs, however if I am not a good fit for you I will happily refer you to someone from the network of massage therapists I have built over the last 16 years. I may not be the right therapist for everyone, and thats ok! You have the right to end a session at any time for any reason, as do I. If you feel we are not a good match, please speak up early and I will be happy to adapt my work or end the session entirely, per your preference.

I primarily work with either grape seed oil, coconut oil, jojoba oil, or almond oil. If any of these mediums do not work for you please let me know when you book!
-
I do not offer gift certificates at this time, but you are welcome to pay for someone’s session the day of their appointment, prior to their service time.

Not yet, but likely soon!

Clients under the age of 18 must have written permission and a parent or guardian present in the treatment room to receive massage therapy. At this time, I do not work with clients under the age of 12.

It’s my goal to create and work in environments that are as safe and welcoming as possible for the humans that are offering me their trust. I celebrate and affirm my clients of all identities - be it race, culture, gender, sexual or romantic orientation, relationship structure or status, religious beliefs, age, economic status, mental and physical health, and ability. As a queer woman myself, I feel the importance of recognizing and appreciating everything that makes you, you.
I have experience working with people receiving gender affirming care, amputees, people that have experienced trauma or violence, and many other such specific life experiences. There is truly space and consideration for everyone in my healing room.
I offer Beloved Yoga as a fully ADA compliant space that also allows for service animals.
For my clients experiencing financial strain, massage and yoga can be for you too. Send me a message and we can explore reasonable accommodations. For my clients experiencing financial abundance, let me know if you would like to contribute to another person’s session costs!
